I am in the same situation, I really need to get out of this!!![/Q] Very rarely is it worth it to use a third-party to sell a unit, especially if it is worth zero dollars. If you have a Wyndham timeshare, contact Wyndham's Ovation program where they are taking back a select, limited number of units from owners provided that the mortgage is paid off and the maintenance fees are up to date. There is a pinned thread in the Timeshare Companies forum with the information about Wyndham's Ovation program. Remember, never pay anyone a large, upfront fee to sell or "cancel" your unit.
