FYI, I have 2 2-bedroom lock-offs and just got my maintenance fee bills...$2,221 times 2. That said, it is still the most fun my family has each year and they are constantly building mew features every year. Also, the timeshares are close to being sold out and then you would have to purchase one of the $1 million condos to have a"real" place to stay. We stayed at the Royal Towers before we bought and I could never stay in a hotel there again after staying in the timeshare condo.
