My husband and I purchased the works at this place prior to construction. What a mistake. Shortly after opening in June 2006 we took friends with us to stay at our "wonderful condo". NOT. Construction noise was 6am until dark, unfriendly, rude and inexperienced staff. They "accidentally" put us in a handicapped suite for 3 days until we complained. The pool wasn't done, they said it would be. Just one mess after another. We tried for a year to get our week back, they shuffed us around from person to person, always promissing we'd get somewhere.......we never did. I'd like to dump this thing like a hot potato.
