Re: Consequences on stop maintenance fee payments on a RTU timeshare

We thought of stopping our maintenance fees too instead have went through Red Week and have had been able to rent the unit out to cover the cost. Next plan of action will be to stop paying maintenance if ever renting it out does not work out.
