Shortly after opening in June 2006 we took friends with us to stay at our "wonderful condo". NOT. Construction noise was 6am until dark, unfriendly, rude and inexperienced staff. They "accidentally" put us in a handicapped suite for 3 days until we complained. The pool wasn't done, they said it would be. Just one mess after another. We tried for a year to get our week back, they shuffed us around from person to person, always promissing we'd get somewhere.......we never did. I'd like to dump this thing like a hot potato.[/Q] I agree with being unhappy when it first opened, HOWEVER, I do take into consideration that it is STILL in opening mode. I cannot expect great service when it is still a work in progress. I DO LOVE the location as well as the HUGE Pool. IT is still growing, therefore, I expect a couple of more glitches...BUT I am hoping for the BEST when it is ALL complete!!![/Q] Thanks for your response. When you consider the resort is a minimum of 18 months behind schedule, I don't see what "happy is". Bad serivce, cheap furniture, bad staff and a mess. As to the location, it also stinks. Who wants to take a cab, rent a car to be at a Casino or Restaurant???
