I didn't think of this before but I hope the following is not against the rules. Can you donate your exchanged week to a non-profit organizations silent auction so that the winner of the auction goes to the resort? Nothing is rented or sold per se but a donation is being made to the organization but being the highest bidder. the checks are made out to the non-profit organization. I have done this in the past and never thought about it. I pay all the fees from maintenance, exchange company dues, guest cert fee, exchange fee. Do you see a problem with this?
