What bad service?! the poster should be specific if she/he wants to criticise. I have been there twice this year (March & June) and the grounds were beautiful, we did not notice any construction noise, altho they are still building, the staff was very friendly and we found the free shuttle (each 1/2 hour) to be fine for our trips to the strip. At certain times of the day, I did notice the airport noise when in the pool area. The other guests are so friendly - I think it is a timeshare thing as few ppl are friendly at hotels. The pool is big and never felt crowded, as there are 7+ areas to enter the pool, so there isn't just one place they cluster. The rooms were spacious and beautiful, and we loved it!
