We have had our unit since the mid 80's and are still OK with the details. Sure our Maint. fee has gone up - BUT - when I look at the horror stories about other "bigger / fancier / popular locations" our deal is OK. We have exchanged our week a couple of times and have had large family gatherings, and got the neighboring unit for a weekend 3 different times. All is not perfect but we are glad we did it in Deep Creek.
