WHY do you have to go back to Hacienda del Mar over and over again?? Make a reservation for prime time, advertise it on Redweek to rent, take the money and rent in another location from another owner. No exchange fees, maintenance fees can be paid by January 1, no guest fees, no memberships. Our biggest dilema is the high airfare from Minnesota.[/Q] [/Q] Good point! Thanks for the advice.
