If you go to redweeks site for HdM go to the listing for resales and click thru them til you find "Sunnybeach"...this is my salesperson Carmen who lives in Cabo...a native of CA. Email her(it will appear as a email on THAT listing you contact her thru. She was very helpful but does NOT work for HdM...so she will be objective.
