[b]Don't know that I've ever heard of this particular resale company, but from reading their website they do seem legitimate. Be sure and check out how much they charge for a closing and any other related fees. I see that they charge $9.95 a month to advertise a timeshare for sale ... at least they don't charge an upfront fee in the hundreds of dollars ... I give them kudos for that.[/b]
