This was as of March 2007 maryalice[/Q] Hi maryalice I just came back from ESJ and it is a smoke free building and so is the whole area since March 2007 when the law was passed. For those who did smoke they had an area far away from the pool ....and they also smoked on their balconies. The casino next door has a Smokers Suite now for those who enjoy a good cigar or cigarette which is accessable from outside or by the bar inside.
