I am currently an owner very anxious to sell my PH timeshare. I have stayed there twice this year and the property, after being less than 9 months old is in horrible shapes. I've been in three rooms and each have issues from wind whipping through the windows to wet floors and drastic wear and tear on the rooms. I, too, was told I could exchange and do all sorts of great things with the ownership, only to find out this was all false and all I could do was use it at PH. Big mistake that I want to be done with!
