If so, Joe Potter is more than likely not his real name .... they change names like people change underwear. Also, if this Joe is trying to get you to buy a timeshare I'd be very wary. If you're looking to buy a timeshare in that region ...... people are giving them away .... try searching Ebay's timeshare auctions.
