My TS is with worldmark by wyndam. has anyone been successful in getting them to take back their TS?[/Q] It's at the descretion of the developer or resort's HOA whether or not to take deedbacks .... the vast majority do not, however donp (a Redweek forum member) had two timeshares that the HOA's took back .... he was very lucky, however Wyndham is not known to take deedbacks.
