We offer two suggestions for completing a rental transaction in our [L=http://www.redweek.com/help]Help section[/L]: one [L=http://www.redweek.com/help/rental_process/private/] privately managed[/L], and one that involves a [L=http://www.redweek.com/help/rental_process/escrow/]third-party escrow company[/L] for transfer of the funds. I would like to hear from anyone who has used one of these methods. What did you think about the process, and how could it have been improved? Has anyone found a solution that works better?
