STAY AWAY FROM KINSTON MANOR OR FOXWOOD VILLAS IN WESTMINSTER SC

This is a shame .... we formerly owned at Kinston Manor and the unit we owned was beautiful and clean, however that was some years ago. I wouldn't hesitate to voice my concerns to the HOA at that resort.
