revisiting this thread.. a week + 2 days after sending the cancellation letter i have not heard a word from them. Im hoping everything will go as planned, but Im still anguished with the uncertainty of the outcome. 3 different sources have told me "Im good" with what I did (sending the cancellation letter)... Should I expect some document stating the cancellation is complete? .. I'll appreciate your comments..
