According to Consumer Protection Ontario: Collection agencies must be registered with the Government of Ontario. I checked on the website for registered collection agencies. Triad International Corporation (690 Rowntree Dairy Road Suite 201, Anthony Addesi/President) does not appear to be a registered collection agency with the government of Ontario.
