I'm a little too leary at this point.[/Q] The fact that they are offering way more than market value is a red flag. It's good that you are leery. What they will do is tell you that they have found a buyer and have a check waiting for you. But before they can send you a check, the Mexican government requires that you pay a certain tax. While they have you paralyzed with excitement and not thinking rationally, they'll tell you that this tax must be paid in order to close the deal.
