Are you sure you're not referring to [b]First[/b] American Title? The latter has certainly been around for a while; competent, slightly on the expensive side --- but not outrageously so. If the entity is in fact called [b]New[/b] American Title, I'd certainly want to verify how long they have been in business and where they are physically located. It could simply be a name fabricated for an "in house" eBay mega-seller closing arm. I am not claiming that is the case, just suggesting one possibility. In any event, I've never heard of any [b]New[/b] American Title before.
