Wyndham have been going at them since April 2018 , about Club Wyndham and Wyndham Vacation Resorts. I was lied to they put me through a 4/6 hour presentation mislead me and my wife, made promises they couldn't keep and availability was 0 as to were I wanted to go. A real SCAM and I fell into it. I am a fighter and have Filed complaints with FBI , Federal Trade Commission. BBB, Arizona Attorney General, Florida Attorney General, News Media TV , News Papers etc. Wyndham is going to have one of there specialist call me to resolve and refund my money. I have stopped all payments to them! There is no class action suit against them and that surprises me as a good class action lawyer could really make out with the amount of owners OPTING out or trying to. If you would like I could email you and attached copies of what I have made a file of. So far I have no Lawyer ! I am looking for class action suits against Wyndham!
