I read your concerns with interest. We noted at the last annual meeting that the budget was equal payment between owners and guests. I requested of the Association a breakdown as to the nights rented per owners and members. Silence. Repeated silence. I obtained a phone number and have left 3 messages....no response. If nights are 50/50, then I don't mind owners paying 50% of the annual expense. The silence makes me believe that owners are paying more than their share....and whenever I call to get a room, because of time shares being oversold, I can't get the dates that we want. TD
