I am a timeshare owner at Kinston Manor. I think all us owners should sue the association for mishandling of our years of maintenance fees and the additional assessment fees they have charged us for years! They are dissolving the association so why should we still pay for anything? They are offering us a chance to transfer our deed to yet another misrun timeshare by Crown Resorts! No thank you!
