They also don't tell you that if you trade to another unit that requires points less then you originally traded, that you don't get the difference of points refunded. If you exchanged to something with more points you would need to pay the difference. Why doesn't it work the other way? This brinks on fraud in my opinion. If I bought a pair of shoes and the next day saw a pair I liked better for less money, I would do an exchange and be refunded the difference. This is ridiculous.
