Marc, Tough to determine the rental value of a platinum at FC as it isn't even 20 percent complete. I would guess you could get 3K next year and probably 5K when its done. I'm very satisfied with Marriott although some folks are definitely disappointed. The MF at Marriott are the highest in the industry but the resorts are all pretty much 5 star world class. By buying two weeks you get to pick a month in front of most folks. I haven't traded very much so somebody else will have to fill you in on that aspect. Welcome Aboard.!!
