Destination Club (DC) points will get you higher in the pecking order for a better view if you do not reserve a penthouse. If you go the Penthouse route, you will have a great view (MV or OV) and no one above you, even if you are on floor 11 or 12, rather than the highest floor, say 13 for example. If you look at a picture of the buildings, you can see the stair-stepping that I was referring to. We spent very little time actually on the balcony, but it is nice to be able to see over the trees (floors 6 and above). Would like to be there right now, even if my view was the parking deck :)
