Just use your product for vacations, that is what it is meant for, not a get rich quick scheme. they have provided thousands of owners with many high quality vacations, that's why you buy it, to vacation at luxury resorts, not for making profit, staying in high quality places vs a hotel room and you will break even in about 7 years, then you can vacation for a very small maintenance fee, and the cruise program that you received that expired, was a promotional offer from the marketing company who called you, you needed to read the details, this has nothing to do with KCP's benefits, you buy this product to take vacations and change your life, nothing else.

Just a word of caution. A lot of times in these lawsuits against timeshare companies and sales people, it's usually the lawyers who make the money and the plaintiffs come away with very little, even if the plaintiffs win.
