If you are a prospective tenant, be aware that many timeshare owners want NO part of escrow services, simply because it means that the owner won't receive payment until AFTER the rental has been completed. That timetable is simply (and understandably) just plain unacceptable to many owners, who are required to pay their timeshare maintenance fees months BEFORE the actual usage period. Accordingly, many owners do not feel that they should have to wait until AFTER a rental has been completed before receiving payment, so they simply will not entertain rentals involving "escrow services", even if / when if the prospective tenant is willing to pay the additional cost involved. Different strokes, I guess...
