So, which is it? Can people donate their property which means that the charity actually takes over ownership and a new ownership deed is filed with the county and resort? Or can people just say, "hey, you can use my vacation property for a week."?

Surely she means the use of a timeshare for a week .... why would a charity take a timeshare and all the financial responsibilities that go along with it (ie: rising yearly maintenance fees and possible special assessments)?
