I just looked up the unit sizes at Nanea and apparently only 14% of the building is 1 BR. Owners with enough points can book up to 14 nights in a single reservation so it is possible that every 1BR was already booked before midnight eastern a year prior by other owners. The most popular weeks are going to be Whale season, holiday's and summer. If you are diligent you probably will be able to book a 1 BR but you probably will have to check multiple days at midnight especially if you are looking to book during whale season.
