Welcome to RedWeek. I cant refer you to a timeshare presentation, but RedWeek lists timeshares in Texas by city... that might help narrow your search.

The Timeshare Users Group (TUG) has a map of the US which pinpoints timeshare locations. It looks like there are a couple of timeshares outside of DFW. https://tug2.com/tsmaps/TimeshareMaps.html
