The best way to sell a timeshare week is to test the market. Put an ad on Redweek and if you don't get any interest in your timeshare within 2 months then you'll know that your price is too high for the market place (buyer). Keep reducing your price until you start getting some interest in your week. A resale MIGHT bring 1/4 to 1/3 of developer prices, that is if your timeshare is in a location, timeframe and a resort that will attract buyers. Or if you own a top of the line week in a top of the line resort, you may get 1/2 of what you paid developer.
