Any thoughts? The beach and pool are great but the units were sub-standard in the Ritz 1 buildings. The place is finally getting a much needed face lift but at a huge assessment cost to their members. Buyer beware, things are not what they seem. United States timeshare laws do not apply to the Bahamas.
