All Inclusive Resort. How do I know it is obligatory?

I am planning to rent a week at the Crown Paradise Club in Cancun. Some "for rent" postings say All Inclusive is obligatory, others say it is not. The owner says his contract does not stipulate anything on All Inclusive being obligatory, so he thinks it is optional. How can I verify this independently? I am afraid to pay and after I get there to be required to pay additional for All Inclusive.

The safest way is to call the resort directly and simply ask. I like to keep the name of the person I talked to as a record.

have anyone of you travel wise fellow owners been to the Pacifica Golf resort in Ixtapa,mexico? l know it is all inclusive,so is it recommended to bring a supply of lometil or equal? charleskatz@comcast.net
