Jan 19, 2007

Has anyone had re-sale experience with a company called "Interval Realty" . They are based in Orlando and supposedly buy Timeshares for corporations.

If they charge an upfront fee do not do business with them.

Pay them and you'll never hear from them again. Believe me!

Have one phone conversation and ask "DO YOU CHARGE UP FRONT FEE". When answer is yes say good by! The longer you let them talk the more chance you and your money are going different directions. They must have all this bull written down to read to you because they can pitch a lot of garbage in a short time. BETTERHALF

DON'T DO IT! I've gotten taken twice now. We ended up having to PAY someone to take it off our hands and get a receipt so that we can take a tax deduction for the next two years to recoop our loss.

Has anyone dealt with Holiday Systems? We joined last fall and they still have not sent us their users guide. Got the very nice binder in January but the contents are still on backorder! Among other things, they presumably will take your unused week for a $50 fee and then pay your maintenance fee for the year.

Empty binder sounds like empty promises. If they ask for an up front fee, don't do it. YOu'll never hear from them again.
