Anyone had experience with Timeshare MLS company?

Please let me know your experiences.

Like every other comany that demands big upfront fees, nothing will be sold or rented and you will be poorer.

I received a call from one today they had a offer for my 336,000 fairfield the offer was for one cent a point. I did not consider this an offer but rather a slap in the face. can anybody tell me what fairfield points are worth these days? now I don,t mean the developers price either because that I know. for four cents a point anybody is welcome to them.
