I see a rating "score" for this facilityexpressed in stars, but I don't actually see any ratings posted at all.

So, I'll bite here and ask the obvious question --- where do these "stars" ratings come from without any posted ratings???

Paid members can rate a resort using a star system. Leaving a written review is optional.

In my personal opinion, it should NOT be "optional" to simply "skip" providing any explanation when "rating" ANY facility. If someone is willing to provide either a glowing 5 star rating or a condemning one star rating, they should also be required to offer some intelligent input right along with it. Otherwise, you can have overzealous sellers giving their mediocre places stellar reviews, while you can also have the "sour grapes" of the disgruntled panning a perfectly wonderful facility for no good reason at all. Personally, I'm a LOT more interested in the WHY of a rating than in unexplained (and almost meaningless) "number of stars" with no accompanying explanation or justification. Just my personal opinion, but I'm not hesitant to express it....
