If you own a winter ski week and have a good week booked, you can actually get something out of it on eBay. With new Avon-to-Mountain gondola coming, and all the new construction, new attention may be brought to Christie Lodge.

3BR recently sold for about $3600. I bought mine for $3000 about five years ago.

We bought week prime weeks 10 years one bedroom cost week 51 $12.000 and week 52 $16.000 as you get an extra weekfree every 5 years. We have enjoyed every minute we spent there.

Would you explain how you get an extra week free every 5 years? We also have a week 51 and I don't remember such an offer. We have usually exchanged the one week through RCI where it is warm in winter. We probably would be interested in selling ours sometime. Faye

Week 52 is the week that you get an extra week, that is why when you buy 52 it is so much more expensive. It is the last week of the year, and has to ajust every 5 years--hence the extra week.

Thanks for the explanation of the extra week when you talk of the week 52.
