ive owned timeshare for over 20 years now, and last year the complex was sold... the new owner wanted all the timeshare apartments to be in the same rooms but after agreeing to move down a floor (2yrs free maintainance fees) i found that the reason they condenced the rooms were because they wanted to sell off the spare apartments.... i feel that we should have been offered the option to buy the apartment (im sure id have found a way to purchase it) WHAT do you think... aparantly they were sold for £130,000 and are now double. one of the studio apartments are for sale at £100,000....i wiah i could find a way to purchase it as the carihuela palace park is an absolutely wonderful venue
