Hi Gill,

There shouldn't be any taxes on timeshare rentals so the price that you see should be the final rental price. But please contact the owner and ask about any other fees that may arise through the resort itself. Those fees can vary from resort to resort. These can be for utility fee, damage deposit, or other incidentals that you may use while using the resort.
