First of all, you must use a rental agreement (search rental agreements) in top right hand corner of this page.

And, if you don't think the rental agreement is enought, you can use an escrow service to hold all monies until the transaction is complete. First American Title (recommended by Redweek) charges $50 for the owner and the renter for this service.
