Does anyone know the current average asking price from the resort sales tour group for a 2 bedroom lock out fixed week in red season? I realize this is closely guarded info since they negotiate with several price levels to make the deal.

I am asking is for what I owe on the balance of my mortgage. We paid 13,000 for it including the upgrade trade we gave our 1 unit in for trade in . I am asking $7,000
