Sorry! Really dumb question about points listings.

I sincerely apologize in advance, and am prepared for the onslaught of "you need to use the search function" comments. I did and couldn't find an answer, but maybe I'm just not very good at searching...

Anyway, in the Worldmark listings of points for sale, I need some clarification on the exact meaning of two things:

1) Under the "Type" heading, most of them say "Annual" - does this mean that you buy those points only to use for one year, or does it mean that you completely buy them from the seller, and that the points reload annually forever? Also, under "Type", a couple of listing say "Other" rather than "Annual" - what does "Other" mean?

2) When it comes to points (rather than an actual physical timeshare with real-estate) what is the difference between RTU and deeded?
