Points Advertisements - How many years are included?

I notice that listings for Royal Holiday points provide the a number of points, a cost per point, and the maintenance fee. E.g. {25,000 points - price $5,000 - MF $650 }

But the listing does not provide the number of years left on the contract. Obviously a contract of 15 years would be worth more then one with only 5 years left. Is there some place that I can see that information? It appears that it is asked for when setting up the ad.
