Hilton's Marbrisa Resort

Can anyone tell me what their thoughts are on this resort? We are like to vacation each summer here and have been looking online and talking to the companies themselves about buying here or Marriott's Newport Coast. We have 3 young children. Anyone looking to sell an annual platinum 2 bed/2 bath at this resort?

I have personally stayed at Newport Coast and will be returning this June. I highly recommend it. The staff are excellant, the service is outstanding and the villas are exceptional. The resort is in a central location with access to many activities.
