Aulani Check in

Can anyone tell me how extensive the check in procedure is? We are staying in a two bedroom villa and there will be nine of us and I was just wondering if they require everyones photo ID. The reason I ask is because two of our names on the reservation is different then the friends we are bringing for the first night stay..
