Timeshare resale

Have anyone sold a timeshare as of late. I want to sell my timeshare and don't know what a fair price is.

Cheryl, what is your timeshare home resort and your contract? i.e. right-to-use or lifetime(perpetual). Also how many points per year or per every other year if it is a point system timeshare. Thanks.

I have 25,000 pts annually. I bought at the Jockey Club but was later told I don't really have a home resort.
