Westgate Vacation Villas 2 bedroom with loft fixed week 29

I recently bought a week 29 fixed in Westgate Vacation villas 2 bedroom with a loft sleeps 10 .

If I subscribe to II does this week /unit trade well ..overall ?

I bought it at resale for $1295.00 HOA of $750.

anyone else have any experience with this place /week ?

In reference to your post about buying resale at westgate villas be advised that you can only trade this villa for a 2 bedroom only also there are restrictions involved with the resale of westgate property. 1st you have to place your unit into II and not westgate. If you place in westgate, as a resale property you have to pay $450 exchange fee to a westgate property and this price comes with an additional cost if you purchase off your season time which will cost and additional $500 dollars. Westgate does not reconize resales as legit owners and will treat you as such. So by all means place your unit in II the minute you can and do not wait because there is a time stamp on this.
