StayPC is not a "reseller" --- they don't actually "sell" anything. They are simply "middlemen" acting between owners and prospective tenants (for a commission). StayPC is occasionally discussed in forums on http://www.tug2.net, They are established and relatively well known, but I have no personal experience with (or any interest in) their "middleman services". I personally don't need or use (or ever want to even become involved with) ANY "middleman" to rent a timeshare, either as an owner OR as a potential tenant. YMMV.
